This month’s Rising Star award goes to @Lourdes. Since joining in early October, @Lourdes has posted a great array of questions on our SwitchingSecurity / SD-WAN, and Wireless LAN boards, amassing an amazing 28 posts and 2 kudos!

Thanks for your posts @Lourdes — we hope you'll continue to find value from participating in our community!

Everybody Wins

This award allows us to highlight the actions of a member whose recent contributions created a win for everyone involved.

This month's award goes to @jbright. In early December, a customer of his experienced a severe storm which impacted their HVAC system, causing the temperature in their data center to rise. He describes how MTs helped the team intervene and provides a chart showing the event.

Thanks @jbright for sharing the details of Meraki saving the day with the community!
