Restricting Cellular data during failover to business critical applications on the MX64
When wan 1 and wan 2 stop on mx64 device, I want camera vlan subnet to stop on Site VPN because camera vlan is loading traffic while switching to mobile traffic, any solution?

Im not following the question....If WAN 1 and WAN 2 are down how would a VPN tunnel still be up?

Without seeing the network, not much guidance I can offer, open a support ticket and work with our support team. Might be something small.

This is not possible.
There is only one global vpn firewall.
I dont know what your wan1/wan2 providers uptime is, but normally with 2 providers you should already have near zero downtime.
