Repatching the AP didn't help. The AP is connected via DHCP and is correctly addressed. Replacing the switch and the AP was unsuccessful. If the error occurs and I do nothing, the AP reboots automatically after 8 hours (Meraki timer).

I know the LSP route, but I've always been connected to an AP's SSID for that. I can't do that right now because the AP is no longer broadcasting. It's just there, and the LED is blue. It's shown as offline in the dashboard and doesn't respond to pings in the management network. The switch doesn't recognize that the AP is no longer online; the port is up, PoE is running, and cdp/lldp is being read. The only way to make the AP accessible again is to reboot, but that would result in the loss of all data.

Hi community, I'm having a problem with some MR44 access points. Support wants me to provide the SDB, but the APs neither respond to a ping in the management network nor do they broadcast an SSID in case of error. How do I access the SDB if the AP can no longer be accessed?
