Our IT department uses the Meraki Dashboard to monitor our Cisco switches and firewalls. Currently, our IT department are all set up with Full Organization Access which also allows them full access to the camera networks. I need to be able to disable access to the camera networks to our IT department but still leave them as full organization admin. Is this possible? If so, how?

Wow!! That makes me feel like an idiot. I did changed to read only on the network and it is working exactly like I want. Not sure why read only on Organization didn't load the floor plans, but I got it working as wanted. Thank you very much for the help, that is going to be huge for my camera monitors.

I just tested giving another user Read-Only privileges for the organization and the floor plan is still not showing up on the map.

I have Organization level privileges, and the other users just have camera network level privileges. I looked all over and I cannot find a setting that applies to floor plans and maps (could have missed it). I don't want everyone to have Organization level privileges, some just need to monitor cameras why wouldn't the floor plan tie to the camera network?

I monitor cameras on multiple locations. I uploaded floor plans and placed the cameras on the uploaded maps, but I am the only user who has the floor plans showing up, and even then I usually have to refresh my web browser to get the map to appear. The map that shows up in Meraki Vision for other users is the google map with no floor plan. The cameras are placed where they should be, but it is basically useless without the floor plan. Any ideas on why this is happening and why I am the only one who can see the floor plan (sometimes)? The image below is what the other (non-me) users are seeing for the map. This last image is what I see and what I want everyone else to see.

This doesn't work because those accounts will still need access to all the other cameras. Also the tag idea is nice, but I would have to tag over 500 cameras to allow them to access what they need. I just need to limit their access to these 4 cameras only for a few days.

I need to remove all user access to 4 cameras for a temporary training that is taking place. Is this something that is possible to do? If so, how?

I am trying to link some of my Meraki Cameras to my access control system. I am having to use RTSP to do this, but when I add the camera IP into my access control system and then attempt to view the camera, a popup windows comes up telling me that I need to install the VLC Media Player extension (which no longer exists). I contacted the access control software people and they told me that their system will play any camera that connects via IP and uses ONVIF. So, is this something that Meraki MV cameras are not capable of doing, or am I doing something wrong? If I connect to the camera directly through a player like VLC, I can access a live stream via RTSP, so it seems to be the IP connection with the access control system. All of this is being done on an internal LAN for my network.
