Hello my name Glenn Pfautsch.  I am the Associate Dean for the School of School of technology and also the IT Manager for the Stevens Henager Campuses in Nampa, Boise and with remote capabilities, Idaho Falls.  My work experience includes being a Service Manager for CompUSA and a National Service Manager for Micron Electronics, before becoming a higher education instructor.   My teaching experience includes 11 years as an instructor at Boise State University where I received the Outstanding Faculty Award for the Selland College in 2008 and 1 year at the College of Western Idaho.  I have served the last 8 ½ years as the Associate Dean at Stevens Henager College.  I hold certifications as a CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate), and CCNP(Cisco Certified Network Professional) in Cisco and currently holds a CCAI(Cisco Certified Academy Instructor), A+, and NET+ certifications, a MTA certification along with my new CMNA certification.  Enjoy meeting all of you and thank you for the training!!!! ...
