Is anyone using MX250s encountering any issues lately?    our spare failed to connect the the dashboard last week but the primary was fine and there were no issues whatsoever.  However, since Saturday 9th Jun the entire network has been flapping about. Up and down up and down. Everything   To stabilise the situation I've figured out that - by removing the spare entirely from the network both at dashboard level and physically disconnecting the power... then power cycling the primary this appears to have stabilised the site allowing clients to connect and operate (so far). However, I am noticing that the WAN changes over from WAN1 and WAN2 periodically.    I'm wondering if the issue is entirely firmware related albeit that I've stabilised the situation. I'm hoping it's not just me facing this.  Think I'll call Cisco and ask them to take the firmware back to the previous version as our WAN uplinks should be okay yet the primary MX keeps failing over between 1 and 2 uplink.  ... We have two MS390s which on Friday, randomly started to show as "unreachable" in our Meraki Dashboard. However, the entire site is online and the status light is a solid white light on both of those switches.   This is the first time this has happened and the switches have remained on the same firmware version since October/November 2022. What can be the cause of this?  Unable to reboot from Meraki dashboard as it thinks the switches are offline. Should I reboot them in person when I am next on-site by removing their power supply for 30 seconds and then reconnecting them?    Would really appreciate any advice on how to go about looking into this issue properly. Our 390s are locked to beta FW version 15.14.2 Should probably update the firmware soon. Need to reach out to Cisco support to remove the firmware lock. Towards the end of September 2022 our office which uses x2 MS390s and the other switches are MS225s - the switches in the entire office kept losing connectivity every once in a blue moon. It was terrible. The entire office used to go down unpredictably maybe once a week for about 10 minutes.    This was detailed in my thread that the time    To fix this - Cisco kept the 225s on 14.33.1 firmware, whilst upgrading the two 390s to Beta firmware. This solved the issue.    Now the time is approaching whereby 14.33.1 is becoming more and more out of date and so is the beta firmware on the 390s.  I'm planning to email Cisco to ask them to remove the firmware lock and allow all of our switches to upgrade.    My question is, since the beta firmware 15.14.2 - have Cisco fixed up most of the issues on the MX390s now?  ... Logged into our Meraki dashboard this Sunday evening (UK time). Can see that both of our core switches reported "No connectivity" today for 10 minutes. With it being the weekend no one has been in the office whatsoever.    No events are reported at all in the event logs for either of these switches since the 22nd September. Both switches are our "core" and are MS390s running the latest stable firmware 14.33.1  No events reported from our Security appliance either.    How do I look into this further? I wouldn't want this to creep up again. We have had "Bad DNS" errors on our MS390s lately which have caused downtime for users - but not this.    The other three switches in our setup are all MS225s    ... View more
