Hey, I have devices enrolled in MDM. Trying to utilize ADE, so that I can push updates and create new management profiles. I have about 300 devices that are already in use...how can I push updates using ADE without having to factory reset these devices? My users are all over the country. Thanks. ... View more

Has anyone tried enrolling a device with an Apple M2 chip? I have 2 devices that are Apple M2 out the box and the profile installation is failing. I've deleted the profile, started again, restarted the device, but it keeps failing and I believe it may be a compatibility issue with the new Apple M2 chip....thoughts? Help! ... View more
