I was curious to know about the functionality of the some of the commands in the dashboard. I had a spare iPad and decided to see what 'Erase Device' did. Now in bold red print at the top of the device info page it says 'Management profile has been removed from device'. I am assuming by management profile it is referring to the System Manager. To my understanding, you can add that back to it, but it needs to be done from a Mac? Just trying to verify that I have not made the device permanently inoperable. Thanks for your time, Kevin

Hello, Does the MDM offer an automated solution for iOS updates? Something that can be scheduled to push out? We have about 15 iPads over three locations and two different states. We can absolutely work with the option of doing it manually, but it would be great if we didn't have to. Thank you for your time, -Kevin
