The order of operations I used to troubleshoot this was: 1) Reboot switch with PoE subsystem problems from the Meraki dashboard. This did not effect any other switches except for a momentary stack election where it dropped a few frames. The MS250 came back up in about 01:10 minutes. The events were still occurring and still no PoE on switchports. 2) Removed the power input cord for one minute. Re-installed power cord. Brief traffic drop on the other stack members when switch rejoined the stack in 3:29 minutes. PoE was active on all switchports and no further events were reported. I could have just done a hard power reset on all the stack members but decided against that. If "it ain't broke"....
