Hi itskdog,   This is related to a known Apple issue that causes any device with iOS/iPadOS below version 16 to fail ADE enrollment.   Additionally, attempting to use Apple Configurator with the "Add this device to Apple Business Manager" option selected will also result in enrollment failure.   We have already engaged Apple Enterprise support.   Feel free to create a support ticket and DM me the ticket number so you can be updated when we have more information. ...
