replying to an old thread. In our HQ where we have a plethora of MR56 we had same issue where as laptops were connecting to access points furthest away rather than the one close by. Users were complaining Teams calls were dropping and general poor wireless performance I created a RF profile using the Open office template and set the maximum transmit power to 3 dbm and client balacing disabled. The feedback has been positive and general consensus is wireless now has improved.
