FYI, I got these feedback when I opened a support case directly on the Meraki Portal: "Thank you for your patience! I spoke with the CMNA team and was told that your renewal is staged to take place a week prior to your current expiration date. I will keep this case open and you can message me anytime prior to then and I will also follow up with you to make sure the renewal is successful." -------------- "I reviewed the case and confirmed with our CMNA Renewal Team that your renewal is still staged and set to be sent to you 7 days prior to your orgs expire date. The one thing they asked to confirm was the email tied to the org where the CMNA renewal should be sent to as the org is currently blocking support from viewing the Admin list. Based off what we can see it looks like it may be *s.*@*.com, please confirm if that is correct in order for us to ensure the renewal is delivered to you in a timely manner. "
