Multiple Windows 10 devices suddenly stop reporting to Dashboard

Anyone else using MDM for management of Windows 10 laptops / notebooks?   We've had several that have the same Anti-virus solution and Firewall policies suddenly not be able to communicate with the Meraki Dashboard. The local logs vary a little but most report this error:   2023-09-25 13:33:53.117688 [00D5AAF0]: do_blocking_wmi_query(): command = C:\Windows\system32\cscript.exe //E:vbscript //Nologo C:\Windows\TEMP\m_aC0BC.tmp 2023-09-25 13:33:53.821691 [00D5AAF0]: fetch(): curl error 60 for url https://cf.meraki.com/cf/config?mac= [...]   Identical models of laptops running Windows 10 with the same Anti-virus and firewall policies connect fine without these errors.   We've searched for what make these ones that appear offline different, but are running out of places to look.
