That was the first thing i did....talking with cisco is like talking into a black hole. you speak to someone but it goes nowhere. With ConnectWise they told me cisco has to initiate.

Hi, are there plans to integrate Meraki reporting with ConnectWise Manage? ConnectWise Manage is a PSA tool (used for ticketing, customer, and configuration management). I would like to have organization mapped to company in connectwise and ability to select ticket type and subtype. The Alerts we currently receive cause a lot of unnecessary busy work.

Any plans to create an API integration with ConnectWise. We are a MSP who uses ConnectWise PSA (Professional Services Automation). Having the ability to receive alerts directed to a certain company for Organization directed to specific service boards would solve a lot of MSP problems.

Yes I do. Distance is about 50 feet. Not worried about the wireless part. I’m more concerned with trunking across the bridge and having the vlan info span the bridge properly . I have used ubiquiti nano beam in the past and that didn’t work so well. It appears that Ubiquisys does not pass the 802.1q frames properly. The result is I have an inaccurate dashboard in tems of what client is connected to whatbswitch

Hi folks. I get innacurate dashboard info regarding client and switch connectivity. I have an 802.1q trunk between two meraki switches with a ubiquity wireless bridge connecting the two. I was told in the past that ubiquiti does not pass vlan info accurately……but there is no product support from ubiquiti is there a workaround for this?
