Hi, I understood that there is no problem in Meraki - here you can upload the user's photo and insert it into the MDM system. The problem is in ASM, where it is not possible to pass photos to students when setting up an account. Data flows from ASM to Meraki (no photos) and not back. I am in charge of this issue as part of Apple Support.

Manual: ... To add user photos into the Apple Classroom, create a folder of images matching the users' email addresses, and select 'Import > Import profile photos'. I have uploaded photos in Meraki, ilś not problem! The user's photo is uploaded to Meraki, but as it is uploaded to Apple Classroom and Apple Schoolwork? I use Apple School Manager, Users and Classes I have created. Thank you for your advice.

Hi to all, even after half a year, the error is not eliminated! Why? I paid for the operation of the whole system! If you can't solve the problem, then don't offer the option of uploading profile photos at all! Sincerely, P. Krulis

Hi Michel, so far I have registered a change in the Meraki logo, so there are probably some changes. Unfortunately, saving changes to photos still doesn't work. Could you please let me know if you succeed? Thank you in advance

Hi Michel, Do you think Meraki will address this issue soon or should I test a competing MDM solution? I need photos for user accounts because I manage iPads for children who can't read. And the profile photo is perfect. Regards Petr

Good Morning, I did everything according to the instructions and I don't know where the mistake is?! Uploading a profile image goes smoothly. Apply changes - not problem, but Save changes don't working. No need to change settings between Meraki and mine NB, or size photos? I tried everything - without success. Thanks for the ideas!
