I have the same problem with MX250, usually at the same time, both uplinks show high latency, tac doesn't know what happen with the MX. they say you have problems with your ISP, but I have a HA and just primary show latency, spare no problems with high latency, but primary and spare use the same transport in each wan(1 and 2) wan1 and wan2 are different transport, after 3 sessions they need more captures during the problem but It affects our services, and the problem started after an upgrade to 19.1.11.
