Hi Team, Someone knows if is possible the integration between EMM and Ticket system like Microsoft System Center? some documentation about APIs integrations. We are exploring to integrate when help desk when they receive a case by clicking on the username and connecting to SM Meraki and have full visibility. Best regards, German

Hi Pulkit_Mittal, We have remote management but we need remote control iOS and Android devices, for example Teamviewer has a feature for remote control and one customer is asking me about the feature because now we only have remote control MacOS and windows PCs. Regards
