have 6 route based ikev2 tunnels. one from each location connecting back to azure vpn gw.

You can have ikev2 activated on your MX and use Azure routebased vpn. I am using same setup but running into a strange issue that both the vpn tunnels at azure are now connected and vpn traffic is not passing.

Tried ipsec passthrough mode and a dmz mode which was the most open option on tp link mr400 4g router. In all settings the router gives a private ip to mx. Azure does not like that.

Device in front is a 4 G router. I have tried port forwarding but tunnel is not coming online. vMX is not an option.

Hei, Does anyone know that if Meraki MX is behind NAT, is it possible to make VPN tunnel with Azure vpn-gw ? I am using beta firmware and activated ikev2 via support. Azure documentation says no. but is there any workaround ? portforwarding etc..

Got it, Thanks. This will make it a bit complex and if i do not want to do it this way i can just skip the VIP ? and configure warm spare without VIP if its possible ? Will get redundancy on WAN via meraki's WAN monitoring and on LAN through VRRP ? just wanting to confirm i have understood it correct.

Thanks for the reply but i still didnt get it... My setup is : 1 ISP with 2 routers connected to 2 MXs and that is connected to MS switch stack. 1 public IP for each MX and 1 VIP. ISP1 ISP1 | | MX1 MX2 | | MS SWICTH stack WAN ports on MX1 and MX2 to be configured on same VLAN ? can i do that on my MS SWITCH stack ?
