Can't regain access to the Dashboard after trying, completing, and removing...

So we setup 2FA for the dashboard using Azure. Realized after setting it up you HAVE to use the extension or the app (extension just makes it easier). Ripped it all out, and now I can't regain access.   Had my counterpart delete my account out of the dashboard and add me back. I use the link promptly and when I make a new password all I get is "server error encountered..." same deal if I do a password reset.   Apps used to setup the SSO have been removed from Azure, its been 48+ hours... stumped. ... Don't set SSO up with Azure, for one it's trash and you have to use the browser extension. And two, we did this other day and got through it all only to realize this, remove it and now I can't get into the dashboard at all. Even after having my counterpart totally remove me and reinvite me all I get are "server error encountered" when trying to set up access. Real garbage heap. ... View more

So we got this up and running with an on-prem Ubuntu 18.04. Its pushing logs in but it's not telling us much. It is just a bunch of IP addresses in the dashboard with no real meat -- which I kind of expected because it's only URL logs. Anyone else have experience with this? Is this what you are experiencing as well? ... View more

Receiving 127.0.53.53 when connected to the Client VPN. FQDN's with .cpa d...

So this started happening out of the blue today (we think). Everything internal works fine. But if we connect to our VPN and try to hit any resource via servername.domain.cpa it fails. IPs work fine.   If we use nslookup we get a 127.0.53.53 when using the FQDN of the resource, which from what I've found occurs when ICANN decides to get ready to roll out a new gTDL. I was aware that AICPA was awared the .cpa tdl but I can figure out for the life of me why this just started happening when we connect to our VPN. I've also noticed if I search the domain through say MXtoolbox I'm seeing a your-dns-needs-immediate-attention.cpa which again points back to ICANN and its tdl program.   I did find references to this occurring to a lot of school labs that used the .cisco tdl back when that became a thing and it caused some havoc.   Any insights would be grand, thank you. ... Has anyone come up with an easy method for this? I have a robust analyzer but no run of the mill syslogger.  ... View more

Re: MX 15.17 firmware released

Any known issues with 15.18 causing the VPN to break for Windows 10? We have 2 MX100s setup with RADIUS for MFA.   VPN works fine connects to the MX on 14.x. Connect leads to username and password, then verification goes and a MFA push notification hits, you accept and you're connected.   VPN doesn't authenticate at all on 15.18 on the other MX. Hit connect, it asks for username and password, enter it and it just spins CONNECTING eventually bombing out saying their was an L2TP issue and nothing on the DC shows any sort of attempted authentication occurred.    I even dumbed down the shared secret on the RADIUS server since there is some weird issues with that otherwise everything is identical. The common denominator at this point is the MX with the newest firmware isn't working, ... View more
