I would recommend trying the following: Confirm no pin on the sim card or APN settings required part of the configuration. Some Carriers require a specific APN setting for Data Connectivity to work. This may require a second connection to configure the MX not sure if it can be configured via the management page. What firmware version is the MX using? - on 14.39 firmware there have been some bugs which have been resolved on later beta versions such as 15.19. These issues were specifically around cellular and connectivity. Confirm you have cellular coverage? - Does the SIM work in a different device just to rule out the sim card and network coverage.
