Yeah, it's odd. I've got it enabled on all of my other networks except for this one. The only difference is that this one the MX was added later after the network was set up.

The network is bound to the subscription. I do not have the option to look at individual licenses.

I am under the subscription license model. The MX licensing options are Essential and Advantage. Advantage covers the features that SD-WAN Plus would cover. Subscription - MX Licensing - Cisco Meraki Documentation

Hello, I have an org set up under a Meraki Subscription. The subscription contains MX Advantage licensing and I am trying to add Insights to an MX105. However, the licensing configuration option under the Insights tab doesn't exist. How to I add my MX105 to Insights along with my other MXs under the subscription. Thanks!
