Usage over time in summary report

Hi,    Can I check for the usage over time in summary report for the meraki.   It is calculated in Mb/s? Megabyte per second?    So question is because I'm checking the bandwidth usage in planning whether to subscribe another ISP line, so I need to x8 for mbps right?   If my total usage is 30Mb/s and I calculate 30x8 become 240mbps? correct?    How does this tally if my ISP line only providing 100mbps shared line? Appreciate the reply.   Would like to know if 1 client use up to 200GB within few hours, will it cause the slowdown for other client to access internal server?   The usage was due to that particular client install a screen sharing software where a lot user was connecting to it.   Will this cause slowness in the traffic within LAN and traffic going out to internet due to 1 client used up to 200GB within few hours?   Thanks.       ...
