I work at Network Solutions. We install Meraki equipment and I work with some of the best people in the field.   I have been working with Meraki for a couple of years and really like the network model.   When I was 18 I took in a pc to tech shop and they said I put the cpu in wrong and I was lucky I did not burn up the chip.
