i'm trying to use Purple as my portal hotspot. So i configure that all i need same as guide purple says. but when i connect to SSID, some device laptop or android can't trough automaticly purple portal, or try to browse website, it is not automaticly redirect to portal. any suggestion ? *i attached my SSID configuration.

Hi, i need to download monthly summary report on meraki console to excel file. i use export button, but nothing happened. i tried to change time frame , different browser/pc, use another network. it still isnt work.

Thank you guys @PhilipDAth @Adam. Problem solved, just like @jdsilva said i use default browser like IE i can get through the splash page.

Hi, i have problem with direct meraki to my own splash page. When user connect to Wifi, this page apear and when click Connect button, the page go to ps://n70.network-auth.com/splash/?ac=ACB%3ABC%3A32%3A6D%3A1E&real_ip=10.1.35.32&client_ip=10.163.148.239&client_mac=E0:06:E6:7E:20:85&vap=1&a=b1d5781111d84f7b3fe45a0852e59758cd7a87e5&b=2470060&auth_version=5&key=f719a1fa18d1fa17b2053839d4ee2c6ec3d91d32&acl_ver=P5293445V2&continue_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gstatic.com%2Fgenerate_204 I hope you guys can help me with this problem. Thanks for your response. i think my configuration is same as you suggest. but still have problem. Meraki still let some website not to direct to my hotspot server.

Hi Team I want to use antamedia as my hotspot, before user can use internet they must login first. i set one ssid that will direct to my hotspot ip. but the problem is. After user connect to wifi, they can straight use internet without login. I think meraki doesnt recognize my hotspot as login portal. I hope you guys can help me to solve this problem. Thanks

As we know some browser stop their support for java that will be use to direct to slpash page. use default browser sometimes have problem to run java. it takes long time to java to run. is there any options to not use java in meraki.? or any suggest to resolve that. Thanks

hi. i just tried android enroll on my meraki system. everything looks good when i set up the system manager. but after the work profie has been created. The Work profile and all aplication work dont appear. Is there any suggest to resolve this problem. Do i have to factory reset device ? i use android 6.
