I have been locked out of my Meraki MX105 which was purchased with an internet upgrade through Lumen. I received a notification on my Meraki that said to disable 2FA as they were discontinuing it. I did not disable it in time so now I am locked out. Meraki tech on a support case gave me a list of stuff I needed to get back in. I supplied him with all of that. The only thing left was he said I needed the internal Meraki order number. None of the order numbers I supplied them worked. Meraki support said those are Lumens numbers. I asked Lumen about it and they can not find this internal order number the Meraki tech keeps saying I need. I am stuck any ideas on how to find this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
