According to what i have read, we can do Custom performance classes and apply for VPN Traffic under SD-WAN Policies. I am trying to block the well-known vpn proxies and services on Meraki MX, so I tried the Proxy Avoidance and Anonymizer category for Content Filtering on the Meraki MX with Advanced Security first. URL category list size is set to Full List.   Then I did a quick google search on top 10 vpn services. Each one of those websites opened with no issues (which I was expecting to fail to connect).    Then I used the Meraki URL Category Lookup Tool results and noticed all those are categorized as "Computer and Internet Security"   How come?
