I'm connected to the Wifi with my laptop and I sit not further than 5 meters of AP02. I'm in meeting and I lose the connection every 5 - 10 minutes, the call is set on hold and lost. I couldn't do the meeting on the Wifi so I had to use my 4G hotspot to keep a stable connection. Later on and after my meeting I did a test teams call with a colleague and we also had the problem. This problem happens since the laptop migration, with BE laptop and EA-Wifi ssid there was not any problem. The problem seems to be linked with the new EA ssid and laptops from group environment. How to troubleshoot in Meraki? I have the Mac address of the laptop.
