Can someone help here.... I have messaged Meraki directly and after two weeks I have not had a reply. I can not log in to the dashboard on either the app or the browser. All I get is the Invaild API key and then I get emails from the Meraki portal giving me codes for random customer's on our dashboard. I have removed the app on the phone and reinstalled it, I have tried different browsers and even in private mode as well. Where can I go, who can help please. One customer has now had enough and has now off boarded from me as I can no longer provide help.
