There are no modules officially supported on Meraki's SFP page, but I have some 10GTek 10GBase-BIDI links operating successfully. This is SMF though, not sure if they also offer MMF solutions.

Nope I don't think that info is available through API yet. Have a look through the Wireless Health endpoints here: https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/897512/meraki-dashboard-api/2To9xm?version=latest#69c2d6cd-a3c8-47b5-82a1-1ad5c7314b2d Maybe that'll help you achieve similar results.
