Hello @Deborah, So wallpapers on iOS are actually a one-time command, rather than a static payload so to speak. When a wallpaper payload is configured, we actually send the device a SettingsCommand.Command.Settings.Wallpaper command that details the image to use. For more information, see: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicemanagement/settingscommand/command/settings/wallpaper I would recommend opening a support case though so we can dig a little deeper into the issue - I'm aware of an issue when you have a wallpaper but are using Shared iPad, so it may be similar depending on your configuration.
