@JJS1992 This guide should help you.   https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Site-to-site_VPN/Configuring_Hub-and-spoke_VPN_Connections_on_the_MX_Security_Appliance     I would configure the MX in your office as the hub and the MX at home as the spoke that way if other staff want to do the same they configure their MX as an additional spoke. If the MX are within the same ORG it's all very easy.
