Hi, We are using Cisco Meraki MX68 currently on firmware MX 19.1.8 and in the dashboard I saw Unplanned reboot when some of our users reported no connectivity. Inside the event logs it shows only this, what could be the reason for this. How do I diagnose the exact cause?
