Cisco Meraki MX68 Unplanned Reboot

Hi,

We are using Cisco Meraki MX68 currently on firmware MX 19.1.8 and in the dashboard I saw Unplanned reboot when some of our users reported no connectivity.

Inside the event logs it shows only this, what could be the reason for this. How do I diagnose the exact cause?

You'll need to open a Support case. Could be for a number of reasons, including but not limited to a power outage or software reboot.

If you hover over the red in the "Historical device data" - what reason does it give?
