Hey everyone, I'm having issues with this new access point and a poe injector. I'm trying to get this to be in full power mode, although my switches are a bit old. they are MS350-48FPs. I only have one power supply in the back of it and I don't believe it supports up to 30 watts per port? If I'm wrong I can't find it on the datasheet anyways, and I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues. I'm trying to get this ap to be at 30 watts but when I mess with the radio settings after putting the POE injector in place it still can't get out of low power mode, and then it just seems to stop responding until I turn the radio settings back to auto instead of manual.   I'm a little stumped so if anyone has any tips or some solutions they can point me in I'd greatly appreciate it!   ...
