It is not possible only from specific subnet, IP, Sevice Port or MAC. https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/Packet_Capture_Overview Once you start the packet capture on LAN, use filters to narrow down traffic: Filter by IP address of the vendor router. Filter by MAC address if known. Filter by protocol (e.g., TCP, UDP).
