this issues with Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus too. I made an Port aggregat / port-channel to connect my VMWare ESXi Servers. Alsways issues. Then I removed the channel / Aggregat and now it works very satisfying and stable. VMWare does´s the redundancy of 4 connected networks cables alone, without any things to do on the switch. ...
