Yes I would agree with this, @jOMeraki2 the best person to assist you with this would be your account representative, you can find them in your dashboard under "?" > Get help & cases> Pick a Tile to Contact Support > Contact your Sales representative.

Hi @RaphaelL, The alert in your screenshot can be dismissed from your dashboard view by clicking on the x at the top right corner of the yellow box itself.

Hey @BlakeRichardson, thank you so much for the report. I am looking into this for you to find out why this specific alert does not have the x to dismiss. If you wouldn't mind could you please PM me your dashboard link which is still showing the alert? Many customer organizations no longer show this alert. Or if you feel more comfortable, could you open a case to support and send me that case number? Thank you.

Hey @beks88_ , Wishes get sent to our Product and Development Engineering teams internally so there is no external forum where customers can upvote wishes. However, the most wished-for items are reviewed and incorporated into future releases. Customers who want this feature should submit a feature request through their dashboard.

Hi Shlomoi, A combined Network is a mix of All of your Meraki equipment networks, MX, MS, MR, MV, MT and SM. Based on the image you provided I am assuming you are creating the SM network for the first time and in that case you will want to select the Network Drop down next to Combine hardware to EMM. Please let me know if that helps or if you are in fact attempting to split your SM network away from an existing network as that requires a number of different steps.

Hi @Normancssmi, My name is Gwen, and I would be happy to assist. What you are most likely running into with adding devices to Systems Manager is Enrollment authentication this setting can be found under Systems Manager > General page. For your protection, this is automatically enabled on all new Networks, and the enrollment authentication method defaults to "Managed: Use Meraki hosted accounts." These accounts are created under your Systems Manager Owners page. https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Device_Enrollment/SM_Enrollment_Authentication https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Other_Topics/Owners Meraki Support's recommendation is to have enrollment authentication setting enabled in all dashboard networks, as this protects your network from having just anyone from enrolling devices. However, if you would like while you are actively enrolling devices the Enrollment authentication setting can be disabled and re-enabled when you are done. Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there is anything that I can clarify.

You will want to verify that all of your devices in your Apple Business Manager/Apple School Manager are pointing to the correct server that has been added to your Meraki Dashboard. Once verified for all 361 devices or those missing from your ADE page, you will want to perform a full sync using the new dashboard UI. Once all 361 devices show up on your ADE page, you will want to ensure you have enough licenses in your dashboard for the 361 devices and enroll any devices that are showing up on the ADE page with an ADE status of Empty or Assigned. If you still have trouble with this after completing the above steps please raise a support ticket, if you would like you can DM me with the case number once it has been created.
