On the MT11's you can now use a calibrated thermometer and enter the offset which reflects in subsequent readings in the dashboard. Given these are supposedly come pre-calibrated during the manufacturing process and it states they need no calibration during the product life cycle, I was surprised to see a 2.6C offset when one of our labs was audited.
