Partner = Reseller/supplier. You need to contact them and communicate the changes you wish to make with them. If you are buying additional hardware your partner should be adjusting the subscription license at the time of purchase to accomodate the additional hardware.      ... View more

As of today you can opt for Subscriptions if it's a net new purchase/deployment (no existing org and licensing in place) or if you're on Co-term and it's due for renewal.   Once an Org is shutdown you can't do much. The dashboard will show as shutdown when you login. And most functions stop working. I think? switches maybe still pass traffic.
