Hey there, +1 to Raphael Meraki devices use Meraki/public NTP servers, this is not configurable. If you can confirm this traffic is indeed being sent by the MVs to your private server then I would suggest opening a ticket with support.

Hello, Are you observing any significant packet loss at the time of the issue? You can check the loss percentage by navigating to the Appliance status page --> Uplink tab ---> Packet loss to 8.8.8.8.
