Hi All, I manage a client who uses his android to connect to company email. Due to a policy, he's required to have SM on his phone. When he goes to his gmail goes to sign into his account, he is prompted to install SM. We install it on his phone, then enter the network id, then specify his work email as the email to use. It continues to say it's unable to setup the profile. Normally when staff adds their email, SM installs and created a new profile. The device is a Doogee Vmax Plus. Not sure what would prevent his device from setting up when its seems its pulling the profile. Thoughts? Thanks,
