I purchased a MV-LV on eBay to power a MV12WE. The MV-LV is either already claimed to another org or the MV-LV does not require claiming to pass PoE.    Currently the MV-LV it will not pass PoE to the Camera so im wondering if I have a faulty device or the claiming first is a required step.  Normally I expect to see "device is already claimed" so im not sure what 'device not found' means.   ...
