Do you have to claim a MV-LV PoE injector for it to pass Poe to a MV Camera?

I purchased a MV-LV on eBay to power a MV12WE. The MV-LV is either already claimed to another org or the MV-LV does not require claiming to pass PoE.

Currently the MV-LV it will not pass PoE to the Camera so im wondering if I have a faulty device or the claiming first is a required step.

Normally I expect to see "device is already claimed" so im not sure what 'device not found' means.

The MV-LV adapter itself does not need to be claimed in the Meraki dashboard.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
