It could be set up under a profile (it will say at the bottom where it would normally say "Delete Account". Then you can go to General > profiles and remove it from there.

Updating worked for me as well. Support was totally useless and wasn't even aware of this issue existing. They were trying to troubleshoot everything else first. Update the app is a simple fix. Looking forward to migrating to Jamf sometime this year.

I'm having the same issue with Windows 10 machines. I opened my case with support back on February 12 and have been told the same thing - that it's been sent to the development team. February 12 was 10 WEEKS AGO...and I haven't heard a word! The frustrating part is they're adding new features instead of fixing what they have!!
