We have to swap almost 200 phones next week in two days. This change is going to kill my team and upset our customers. Not being able to set owners and device tags before we meet with staff will greatly slow down phone swap times. Our meraki admins are reserved for making changes in meraki and wiping / removing the phones from the system. We use less skilled staff with no meraki access to perform the swaps. By taking away this ability it makes our less skilled staff useless and puts all the work on three admins to manipulate 200 phones on the fly.
