Just got this back from Meraki as I called them. Thank you once again for your time earlier. As discussed, this issue affects organisations that have "Opt-in to view and manage alerts in a new centralized Alert Page" feature enabled (from Organization > Early access page). This has already been reported and is currently being worked on by our development team. Please note this is not affecting the functionality of the networking devices.
