Hi, I have a customer who do have main operation in US and Europe. They aquired a company from china and access to Meraki dashboard is missing today and cant be retrieved due lack of personel. They are planning to take a site visit to get all Meraki gear under HQ daskboard. Before they order anything, they would like to understand what is the service status and manufacturing date of 3 Meraki Switches. I do have serial numbers and models, but cant find a way to help my customer. Please advice.
