Hello I'm having an issue with a scanner. The guest's meraki DHCP does not have a vlan tag mode. mode nat The customer wishes to connect your mobile device to the same guest's SSID in the lift. he is attepingg via the app on your phone, but the app cannot locate the scanerr. I activate the LAN firewall and allos lan conexion . However, it's possible that the issue is with the NAT Meraki mode and this app's internet connectivity. One additional thing The customer has two internet lines, WAN1 main with getting DNS company and the other line WAN 2 getting 8.8.8.8. What would happen if I had to force to exit the wan2 the traffic? There will be a disconnect in the aps. The purpose is to test DNS to see if there are any problems.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but the splash page doesn't appear. Some devices connect initially, but they no longer have an internet connection. I would want to do a test. Hi The scenario was Meraki versus SW HP two vlan: SWITH HP interface GigabitEthernet1/0/15 port link-type hybrid port hybrid vlan 10 20 tagged port hybrid vlan 1 untagged port auto-power-down stp edged-port enable # interface GigabitEthernet1/0/16 port link-type hybrid port hybrid vlan 10 20 tagged port hybrid vlan 1 untagged port auto-power-down stp edged-port enable . The novel situation My custom only has one vlan 10, so if I put the same port on HP, in this case 15, the AP won't function for it. Instead, I'm putting the port on mX in access vlan 10, and I'm checking to see if it's in acces vlan 10 on the HP switch. The issue with this is that my customer wants to maintain Port 15 in all of his offices. I can connect to the switch using a remote desktop. What is your best option for doing well? Put the port 15 in the access vlan 10 or will it work if I put the untaged vlan 10 instead vlan 1 now?

Hi . @cmr I restarted each switch, and I can now see the topology.They are are up I'm wondering if it would be sufficient to prioritize only the two cores, or if the others would also need to be prioritized. Hi @cmr grateful for your response I currently have trouble getting the topology I have. I get this problem when I try to view the topology. Server error The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. A message has been sent to our engineering and support teams to notify us of the problem, and we will fix it as soon as possible. The Cisco Meraki Dashboard is temporarily unavailable, but rest assured your Meraki equipment is still running and network operation has not been interrupted. Learn more about Meraki's out-of-band control. Anyhow, I have a meeting with my customer today and I'm checking the policies for the Meraki cloud of his provider. I'll turn off all the switches, connect each one one at a time, and set the STP priority to be low priority for core.

Hi I have problems with my network. The electricity went out six days ago, and the some switches are now inactive. Maybe the issue is with STP? If I notice that the setup has unstabilized priorities,is the best practise for avoid it in a future? How i am able to solved this issue of the SWitches are down? Hello I'm attempting to add an extended license for a some devices that will have an early license expiration because of this. The device for which I purchased the license for a specifics devices and when I try to install it, the mx 64 disappears and an error occurs. I onlyto extend the ms mr, not the mx 64.
