You cannot push profiles to iPads that are unsupervised. I see that in your menu it says " Supervised:NO ". You can however still push apps.

Try plugging directly to the MX unit and go to mx.meraki.com and try to login and configure the port from there. Just to check that settings are correct.

Yes, but make sure to allow the IP's/VLANS that need to access this. Make a test group policy see if it works.

Best to do it on the MX where you have the VLAN created on. You can also create group policies with VLANs assigned to them with your specific IP/Ports within this as well if you want.

Most of the time you want to just do /24 per broadcast domain. You don't want to make too much noise with a big broadcast size.

First you need to block access to xx.xx.229.49 (internal ip) by going to the "firewall". Then create a group policy in the "Network Wide" tab and select "group policies". In this policy set an allow to xx.xx.229.49 (internal ip). Test it.

Did you check also the connectivity of the appliance see if there's anything there? Anything that might be red like this displayed? If so check the time it's occurring. Maybe it might be something else causing it to lose connection.

Application blocking is best done by a firewall. Its very limited on what Wireless "Firewall and Traffic Shaping" does.

Why not create a group policy and add clients that way. Maybe a "client whitelist" policy that way you can keep a list of everyone and not have to keep changing it. I've never seen an issue where it changes it automatically.

@NolanHerring I don't mean supervised or managed iPads through SM but just any guest that tries to make a factime call on wifi. I wasn't too sure if it could be done with L3-L7 rules.

In the L3 firewall rules you do not need to have the wild card. By just adding the URL it should pass.
