I don't quite understand - your suggestion still requires that someone manually sends the update command. What we are waiting for is apps (that have "keep app up to date" ticked) automatically updating without anyone having to manually send an update command.

No, I was wrong, this is not working for us. Although it is not clear to me what the schedule is or the trigger is for making the device check in for updates? Either way, no updates are coming through, although I am not sure if I am still getting the error message from before, as I cannot find a recent example in the event log.

Looks like you might be using the old version of the App Management page. Click the button at the top of the App Management page that says "Try the new version"...

Has anyone managed to get the iOS Google Account profile working? It would be great if we could deliver a device already logged into the end-user's Google account, especially for our younger students. But I'm guessing this would only be in the native apps, not Drive etc?

I get this error if I push the update from within the individual device's page, but if you go back to the device list, tick the device and push the command from the command drop-down it works fine for me.

Hi all I am having some odd behaviour from some of our iPads, all of which are on DEP and supervised. We recently pushed iOS11.3 out to all our iPads, keen to get some of the new functionality. Many of them installed without any problems, but we are having a problem with a few where there is a red "1" in the Software Update section of Settings, but when you go in it says the iPad is up to date even though it is still on 11.2.6. Has anyone else seen this? I have tried a hard reset on the device and resent the install command, but no joy.
